Terms of Service
The terms governing access to and use of the SuperTalk website, merchant workspace and WhatsApp communication service.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SuperTalk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SuperTalk for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, connected WhatsApp Business assets, customer consents, message content and compliance with applicable laws and Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies. You must not use SuperTalk for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communication.
3. Service and third parties
SuperTalk relies on third-party services including the WhatsApp Business Platform and hosting providers. Their availability and policies may affect the service. Features may change as we improve the product or respond to platform requirements.
4. Charges
Paid plans, wallet recharges and usage charges are governed by the pricing presented to the merchant at purchase or in an applicable order. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable once the related service has been provided.
5. Data and confidentiality
Each party retains ownership of its information. You permit us to process merchant and customer information only as necessary to provide, secure and support SuperTalk. Both parties must protect confidential information using reasonable care.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect customers, comply with law or platform policy, address non-payment or prevent harm. You may stop using SuperTalk and request account deletion at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SuperTalk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or failures caused by third-party platforms.
